Making a Difference at SABIS® SUN
The SLO® Social Responsibility Department at SABIS® SUN have been actively collecting books, toys, and clothes, as well as raising money to buy necessities for an orphanage in Baku since mid-November. On December 12, 2015 these students enjoyed the opportunity to visit the orphanage and meet the children they had been collecting for. Beyond distributing the items they had brought with them, they spent time at the orphanage making greeting cards. It was a beautiful experience that brought happiness to the children in the orphanage and the students, who were heavily impacted by the experience.
One of the core value instilled in students in the SABIS® Network is making a difference. SABIS® SUN students demonstrated just that as they dedicated their time and effort towards making the lives of underprivileged children better this holiday season.
